What is the bag?
A classic 100% cotton tote in natural (unbleached) cotton, 38 × 42 cm, with long handles. Your design is printed on the front, 25.4 × 25.4 cm. Hand wash, lukewarm.
What goes on the bag?
A drawing of your place, made from a real photograph of it in the style you choose, with the place's name underneath in one of four letterings, and a second line if you want one. White in the artwork prints as bare cotton, so the drawing sits on the natural bag.
Will I see it before I pay?
Yes. You see your design on a photograph of the bag, to scale, and approve it before checkout. Please check your spelling carefully — we print the wording you approve.
Can I use my own photo?
Yes, if it's yours to use. Upload it on the photo step and we'll draw your place from it. Your photo stays private unless you choose to share it with us afterwards.
How is it delivered, and what if it arrives damaged?
Every bag is printed to order in the UK, with free UK standard delivery (UK delivery only). See Delivery & returns for delivery details and what we do if anything arrives damaged. Personalised bags can't be returned for a change of mind.
